The room is clean. Great location, lot of eating places and shops nearby. 5mins walk from taipei main stations exit. Staffs helped to arrange for late check in (after 11pm) due to my flight delayed. I left my jacket in the room during check out, they helped to find and kept so that I could go back to collect few days later. Thanks for it.

Great location, good value for money.

Location was perfect if you'll be travelling around. Less than 5 minutes to main station and bus station. Room was a bit small and not a lot to move around, but bed was super comfortable and bathroom is good size. Staff is nice, too.

Good, but could be a lot better given some improvements.

Clean, near the station, it’s about 5-10mins walk from the Bannan Line platform with only 1 road to cross if you head out the Shin Mizukoshi exit in the underground mall Z2 exit. Bed was big and comfy.

Soundproofing was quite bad. A baby was wailing next door at odd hours and I could hear every bit. The wifi is also pretty slow tbh. I can’t even load manga chapter lists properly. Had to resort to 4G. Room was pretty small but imo just enough for a solo traveller to open their bags.

Great place to stay! Would recommend!

Very modern, clean and private. There’s also washing machines available to use for $10NTD. Shower facilities are good. The room itself was spacious, and clean. The social areas are huge and comfortable and quite. Only took video of the room, which I can’t upload.

The location is very strategic. Close to the MRT station and buses station. Easy to reach and there are various good food around the area. Only the bed is quite hard, but it's ok the room is clean :)

I like the bed and the proximity of the hotel to Family Mart, 7 Eleven, Mcdonalds, Starbucks and many restaurants and shops.

Just some minor concern... The room is a little dusty. The staff needs to learn a bit more English.

Location is unbeatable, right by the Taipei Main Station. Fuss free and budget friendly.

Nothing much to expect, no special facilities, cleanliness is ok but not excellent, and rooms are small. Do request for a bigger room in advance.

The staff is so friendly and all things are very clean and tidy .

Don’t like the shower hot water is not come although like we need it , and second thing surrounding noise can be heard it’s bit irritating . But still property is so good and well maintain

Not a happy experience!

Perfect location. Friendly staff. Staff helped me at midnight to sort out issues that came up urgently. For a budget price, I found the hotel and the room to be extremely well maintained and clean.

There must have been a systemic issue. We have never faced issues with booking.com in the past. Although we had booked the rooms 4 months earlier for '2 adults & 1 child', the size of the bed was not adequate. Pictures of the hotel room do not suggest this aspect. Also, it is appalling that no one informed us about this beforehand. The room was listed to be deemed fit for a family of our size. It's understandable that the hotel staff had their hands tied over this fiasco but we were at the receiving end. The only resolution they could offer was a room upgrade which would have meant we had to coax out more money. The hotel staff offered us a 'family room' in lieu of more money because as per her we were the ones who chose the wrong room. Internet pictures or details provided do not suggest this. It was lucky that we did the troubleshooting (we had to surf booking.com while we tried to sort out the issue with the hotel) on our own and figured out that there was one room available which was marginally big at the same price. Inadvertently, we had to cancel the previous room and book this again. Most perplexing, no one did the troubleshooting, not the hotel staff, not booking.com (I made the hotel staff call up booking.com) but us. I am worried we might end up in a similar situation in the future. For the entire stay, I feel we made a major adjustment in terms of comfort for no fault of our own. This is a compensation I will not make again. That would also mean the last time I would be perusing booking.com.
